Family Friendly Natural Living Expo

Come to Brunel’s Old Station in Bristol this September and enjoy an event that is suitable for all the family.

The Natural Living Expo welcomes people of all ages who want to find out more about natural remedies, holistic therapies and more. There is also an Eco Friendly & Fair Trade Area where you can enjoy talks, free demonstrations, workshops and stands with healthy food and gifts.

Some of the highlights will be free Belly Dancing demonstrations, Drumming, Tai Chi, Yoga and performances by Off The Shelf Bristol Ltd.

“We have many local exhibitors offering a range of holistic therapy tasters in their individual fields, such as Indian Head Massage, Reflexology and Hydrotherm treatments, to name but a few. There will also be astrology with Hans Baker, psychic art with the infamous Patrick Gamble and plenty of life coaching on hand.”

This is a great family day out as children under 12 get in free, and the normal entry fee is only £3 with concessions at £2.50. Brunel’s is also very easy to get to with a central location next to Temple Meads railway station. It is accessible by foot (there are cycling and walking paths), car (with a car park at the back and taxi rank in the front), and public transport (bus, train and coach).

Tickets to this fun event are still available on the door and you can get a weekend ticket for £5 which covers both Saturday, September 8, and Sunday, September 9, from 10am - 5pm. Contact 01792 851551 or 07810 766366 for more information.
