Tickets Available for Tesco Wine Fair

Brunel’s Old Station has a host of fun events coming up in 2012 but one of the most exciting will be the Tesco Wine Fair. Tickets are now available for the fair which takes place on September 22 and 23.

Aimed at anyone who loves wine, of all different levels of knowledge and experience, the Tesco Wine Fair is held in a relaxed atmosphere in our huge Bristol event venue. 14 premier wine producing countries will be represented with more than 250 types of wine available to sample.

The fair gives expert guidance, with a chance for visitors to learn what they like and find a few special bottles to enjoy when they return home.

Tesco Wine Fair

A happy visitor to previous editions of the Tesco Wine Fair stated on the website: “I really only like white wines so was keen to try some new styles. I had never tried Sauvignon Blanc from Chile before so I attended a Wines of Chile Workshop. I loved the wines so much I ended up buying two cases!”

Among the standout features of the wine fair are the wine walks. They allow you to stretch your legs with a resident wine expert who will take you around the various stalls at the fair and give advice on all that is on offer. That includes both easy-drinking and intense wines from small and big brands, vintage wines, fair-trade wines and organic wines.

There are also wine workshops, with further details of what exactly they will involve to come closer to the time. Tickets for these are limited as there is only space for 20 people per workshop to be dealt out on a first-come first-served basis.

More information about Workshops and Wine Walks will be available in your Show Guide and at the Workshop Booking Area at the Fair.
